To combine electricity details from multiple sources we are going to use the Utility Meter. For this setup we are going to do a basic configuration. At a later stage we will add in a better breakdown of information based on electricity tarrifs throughout the day.

Click on Energy on the left panel.

Click on ADD CONSUMPTION

Add myenergi My home Grid import today. We will not be tracking costs for now, so keep this as default Do not track costs.. Click SAVE.

Click on ADD RETURN under Return to grid.

Add myenergi My home Grid export today. Again, we are not going to track costs for now, so leave as I do not get money back. Click SAVE.

We are now finished step 1. Click Next.

Click ADD SOLAR PRODUCTION.

Enter the FusionSolar entity that you have. In my case I used the id DarrenB to match how it is configured in the FusionSolar app. So I selected DarrenB (24OhlHNIIDy2opNI4Exvbc3nPJMu12pJ) – Total Current Day Energy. Select Forecast Production and select Home. Click SAVE.

Select NEXT.

We won’t add in battery information at this stage. Click Next.

I don’t use gas so click Next.

I’m not tracking water consumption. Click SHOW ME MY ENERGY DASHBOARD.

You will now be brought to a your Energy dashboard.

Congratulations. You now have a dashboard to monitor your energy usage. In the next stage we will make this dashboard more useful and give better insights into the usage and cost. Add Electricity Tariffs
