These instructions will configure Home Assistant to pull data from your FrusionSolar app so that you can begin gaining more insight into your solar generation.

Click on HACS from the side panel.

Search for Fusion Solar and click on it.

Click on the Blue download button in the bottom right.

Click on Download

Click on Settings and see that a restart is required.

Click on the notification and then Submit.

When restarted click on Settings

ADD INTEGRATION

Search for Fusion Solar and click on it.

Select Kiosk mode

Another pop up will have a hyperlink to get you to login to your Huawei FusionSolar Portal. Click that blue link.

This will bring you to login webpage.

When logged in click on the Kiosk button

Ensure the Kiosk is enabled and click the blue Copy button.

Back in Home Assistant, paste the URL, add the Name and click Submit.

Notification of success. You can assign and area if you want.

For me, I create a new area called Attic.

To check that this integration is working, you cab click on Entities and search for Fusion.

Clicking on one will show a value.

Congratulations, you now have your Fusion Solar information being collected.

If you leave it run for a while you will see that it will graph the information.

While this is not extremely useful at the moment, this will be invaluable later on when we set up the utility meter. Next up we will Add in a forecast for solar production.
